• For VMPlayer, use OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 VMware Image\VMware Unlocker - Mac OS X Guest\VMware 8.x Series\VMware Workstation Unlocker - Windows\install.cmd
• You should use admin to execute this, you'd better to run it in cmd and see most of the patch are done correctly
• Use Player->File->Open , to open the the "OS X Mountain Lion 10.8.2 VMware Image\OS X Mountain Lion\OS X Mountain Lion.vmx"
